In the interview process, they wanted urgent hiring even though they knew it was college placement and semester wasn't over yet so I don't recommend it for freshers. The company timing is also from 12am to 10 pm. So no work life balance
Pretty straight forward process. Mainly 2 rounds will be as a part of the process. The both rounds are mix of HR and technical questions mixed. A descent preparation is enough to crack.

Also brush up company's core values and basic job description of an energy modeler , go through the job description really well
the recruiters were kind, and the process was throrough. i recommend preparing a lot for questions. they ask you a lot about your background and why you are interested in the role, they expect some level of technical questions even if you’re not from the same background
