Normal, met with HR/Talent Acquisition who described the company and position. Discussed experience, met with other employees in the department. Explained my incentives for leaving, why I would join the company. Everyone was very punctual and upbeat. Excited about the future. I enjoyed the opportunity they had available. Was a two step interview process - HR representative and then a meeting with the team. Discussed my resume, prior work experience. Asked what my weaknesses were, what I was passionate about. Most of the same questions already listed on Glassdoor - which was really helpful! Great benefits and beautiful building.
