Then schedule an actual interview where they send you material to look over, study, and come up with a pitch. Only to then hop on the interview and don’t ask for any of that. So when that goes smoothly they ask for another interview when then this finance bro frat guy spends 25/30 minutes making you ask majority of the questions and not going over the material they sent over for the second interview.
