There were a total of three interviews during the process: two initial phone call interviews followed by an in-person interview. The phone interviews focused on my background, relevant skills, and experience, as well as discussing the specifics of the role and the company's expectations. Each call lasted around 30 to 45 minutes, and I had the opportunity to ask questions and clarify details about the company's culture and the team I'd potentially be working with.
The final stage was the in-person interview, where I met with several key members of the team. This interview was more comprehensive, involving technical questions, discussions around problem-solving approaches, and a tour of the office space. It allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the company’s operations and values, while also showcasing my suitability for the role in a more direct, face-to-face interaction.
