I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initial phone call, then flown out to Houston. Second round interview in Houston, then final round interview in the same day. They were good hosts and showed me all of the office, a good bit of who leadership was, and benefits of working here. Had final interview that was problem based, where I had to solve a consulting problem then explain to management why i came to the solution I did.

Interview
Received a one way interview, was rejected due to stating being open to relocation and enjoying a hybrid work schedule in the past (not stating being opposed to fully in office, just that I've also enjoyed hybrid). The recruiter cold called months later, and rejected again over the phone.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at alliantgroup, LP (Houston, TX) in Mar 2025
Interview
Interview was okay. Some questions about my previous experience but more centered around their business model. Preparation is needed to properly move onto their next stage. There is many rounds of interviews that they have to ensure proper fit.
