Very disappointing overall experience. Bored panel, not particularly friendly atmosphere. At the water, climate, biodiversity unit panel is drinking water from single use plastic bottles and offering water (not tap water) in plastic cups. I thought it was a test but it was real. I also paid 18euros to offset the carbon footprint for my flight to Paris and panel was uninterested. 1. No introduction asked, no friendly warmup chat. 2. I was also interviewed by one of the staff to see if I fit the mold of their team. She indicated that things and priorities change, although you are still expected to beat or meet deadlines
