Analytics Interview Questions

"When you apply for a job in the field of analytics, you can expect to be asked technical questions and given math problems that will test your knowledge of statistical math and data management and analysis. The interviewer may test your critical thinking and decision making skills by having you solve word problems on the spot, as you will be expected to know how to gather insights into and draw conclusions from the data you collect on the job. Analytics is a broad field, and the technical questions you are asked will depend on the position you are applying for."

On the recorded interview I had 5 questions: -Introduce myself -Why Bloomberg? -Bloomberg products? -Experience on Sales? (I have none so I spoke about a time when I persuaded someone) -Something in the news recently Team leaders interview: I must say that I come from an Engineering background so they didn't really ask a lot of technical questions: -VERY briefly introduced yourself Then questions about Bloomberg (Why Bloomberg, values, etc.), Bloomberg products and the questions about what do you believe your role would be in Bloomberg - What are the main clients of Bloomberg? (here I mentioned a lot and then as an industry example I mentioned BMW) - Why does BMW want a Bloomberg Terminal? - What departments in BMW do you think that have the most Terminals? -Current event, in my case: When Trump won the election, the USD went down briefly and then rapidly up again, why? (interest rate raise of the FED is expected) -Why does the increase in the interest rates make the USD go up? -Situation question: I am working and I have to address the questions from a CEO, analyst and high net worth individual? Which one do I deal with first and why?
