Applied online. Sent a follow-up email to HR. Was told they are not hiring at the moment. Not sure why the job was posted. 4-5 months later got an email that they are interested. Sent me a link to an online video recording (one way interview). Invited onsite for a group interview. Basic questions like tell me the time when.... Got a job offer a week later. Did background screening and drug test and started the job about a month later.
