- Forwarded resume and initial phone interview was scheduled w/SVP-Sales, which led to 2nd telephone interview 1 week later with N.A. Sales VP, which led to 1 Day Executive Management Interview session in Greensboro, NC.
- Met CEO, CFO, CIO, H/R VP, SVP-OPS, N.A. Sales VP and Global Sales VP during the course of 1 day
Overall perceptions - Privately held company, financed by VC partner - looking to go public at some point
- For the most part - interviews were fairly straight forward - discussed background, interests, fit with position and asked a lot of questions about APEX growth/acquisition plans, client base, quota expectations and mix, ramp-up training and amount of in-region field support could be expected.
- Felt overall interviews went well - didn't discern any 'relationship/personality/experience' concerns expressed or dwelled on during course of the day.
