Interview
Round One: Outsourced recruiter, somewhat vague with questions and difficulty understanding due to accent. Fairly brief, didn't go over much of the position and benefits.
Round Two; Virtual interview with Hiring Manager. Went well, Manager is in a remote location so would not be working face to face. Fairly generic questions, working style, research style, past experiences. Timeframe from Recruiter contact to Round Two interview: two days.
Post-Round Two: Recruiter asked if I had taken an assessment, I responded that no one had sent me one. Was never followed up with.
Round Three: In-office with VP of division. Friendly, affable. Mostly repeating questions that the Hiring Manager had asked. Timeframe from Round Two interview to Round Three interview: One Week.
Post-Round Three: After being told that there were more interviews to conduct and that they would be in contact, I followed up with the recruiter a week after the Round Three interview, at which point I was told that I had been rejected by the VP.

How do you research questions/what sources do you use?
It was rigorous process and in multiple levels, overall it was a really thoroughly setup process which will check the candidate is right for the job or not. I believe work environment also good over there.
