Everything presented in the initial interview caused me not to worry. I believed the next step was to be communicated with via phone or on line. Nothing. I followed up with email, thanking them, etc. All the polite stuff I could do on my part. Still no response from them. Just dropped the ball. Not professional at all.

They mentioned that they focus pretty hard on equality and equal opportunity and asked if I was ok with that. Describe a negative experience that you had at a previous job.
