Element of luck: Honestly, I would say only join if you’re confident that luck will be on your side. Copying during tests: Every week, copying happened openly using mobile phones. Even though they instructed everyone to keep phones in their bags, many didn’t follow it. Unfair eliminations: They eliminated some of the best minds—candidates with 2 years of experience, people from testing backgrounds, and others who genuinely performed well. Their 88% cutoff criteria required scoring above 88% in every test. Cross-verification issues: I personally know people who wrote correct answers, had them cross-verified, and yet were still eliminated. Poor invigilation: They need to take tests more seriously. One girl supervising cannot manage around 100 students—40 SQC, 30 Data Engineers, 30 Full-Stack learners. Copying culture: If everyone is copying, I would suggest you do the same—or email the seniors about what is happening. I thought about reporting the copying, but I didn’t want to rat on others. But honestly, you shouldn’t think like that. Sometimes, you need to be selfish.
