After interviewing with the recruiter via phone, I was informed that I would be talking to another manager. Over a week has passed, so I again followed up with the recruiter and she advised me that he was on vacation and would touch base with me when he returns. During that time, my aunt and grandfather had passed away so we were making arrangements to attend. I get a call from the recruiter and mentioned that I could not schedule a meeting due to family obligations. She was unsympathetic and unprofessional in my conversation with her. For an organization that values their staff and commitment to excellence, they treat their talent poorly thus it is safe to say that I would not recommend them to my friends/colleagues.

Give an example of your greatest challenge/difficulty in trying to get along with a difficult / team member / superior / support group? How did you turn around the situation?
Have you ever fired an employee and for what?
Where do you see yourself in the future? Do you want to move up?
Most questions were customer service based (how you would react in certain situations with customers)
The second interview, the only question I was asked was, “Since we last met, what questions do you have?”
Why did you apply for this job?
They ask about how you would theoretically conduct a regular day of classes. Can’t remember much else, very standard and shallow questions. You don’t get much information from them. They don’t tell you about things like writing your own curriculum with no support for capstone classes or they you’ll be called upon to sub other classes at the last minute on a regular basis.
Difficulties you had before and how you solve them?
She asked me to tell her about myself. Also what my availability was.(Nothing difficult)
