What do you think is your biggest weakness.
How would you handle a person that refused to use a CRM reporting tool. This was asked several different ways. The interview was composed of a presentation portion and Q & A. You could tell they had zero formal questions and shooting off the hip. How are candidates measured without standard questions to rate their responses. They wrote nothing down. Two of the panel interviewers were on the phone and you could hear all sorts of noises. I was told that they would respond with my candidate status in a week. 5 weeks later and after 2 email inquiry follow up - no response. Zero professionalism and business etiquette. This isn't a dating situation where you string people along and then ghost them - show some class especially in a professional environment.
