After applying, I’ve been contacted rapidly by an HR BP. The interview went well. I was surprised by the negative comments about their HQ in Belgium which I found a little bit unprofessional but other than that it seemed to be an exciting opportunity in a start up like company. I was invited to the next round with the hiring manager. It seemed to me that the interview went well as well. I work in a much bigger company so I’ve been asked a lot of questions about how we do things in my company, vendors we use etc… so a lit of competitive intelligence question that I tried to answer in a sensitive way without disclosing confidential info. After this interview, I sent a thank you note and never heard back. After a few weeks, I asked for feedback from HR and never heard back as well. This is the first time it happened to me, and I was very surprised and disappointed especially for this level of position. It just added to my impression of non professionalism. I moved on very quickly but sharing this review so I hope Argenx treats better candidates they interview in the future.
