3 interview rounds: First is a 30 min talk with the 2 leaders of the R&D and Clinical dev. 2nd Rount you have a talk with all scientists (very nice ppl) from the team + HR + leaders (on-site talks from 9 to 12h). 3rd round: present 2 papers to a lot of people ( HR, Scientists, leaders,...). It is a grilling but not very difficult if you are a PhD or Postdoc, it is what we are used to. I could answer almost everything correct. 1 week later you receive a 2 sentence email from HR that they will not hire you. If one person doesn't like you because of a "feeling", you are out. Take in account that you will lose 2 - 3 weeks with the procedure. However, I learned a lot about the industry and there was free cola and coffee ;).
