First interview was with a boss. He gave very weird vibe sbut overall it was okay. 2-3 weeks later I had 3 follow up interviews with 3 different groups. During the second group I had some interviewers sniggering and blatantly laughing, it was terribly awkward. Afterwords, they told me that I was neither experienced enough or a cultural fit. Not having enough experience is a completely understandable reason to not offer a person a job, cultural fit is not. I wont know what they meant, perhaps it was because of my nationality, sexuality, accent etc. Overall, I found it very unprofessional
