I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at arrivia in Jan 2008
Interview
Both times I interviewed it was pretty painless (I worked there twice). The first time I interviewed with the manager directly, the second time it was a panel type of interview. The questions were very standard for the type of company and position I was hired for. Mostly questions about leads, calls, conversions, upselling.
