I applied in-person. I interviewed at arrivia (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
Open House Hiring aka Career Events held at least twice a month during high season and once a month during off season. Cattle call interview style, everyone shows up between certain hours with Resume. Sign-in and opportunity to look at the wonderful vacations they book with a slide show while you wait for initial interviewer. Then you proceed to a computer lab and take a timed personality test along with general computer knowledge test, You will then either be asked to wait or told that they will contact you(and they will with a letter stating that you are not what they are looking for). If you were asked to wait, you will then proceed to a room with a telephone and an interview will be conducted over the phone. Standard interview questions, nothing new or worth noting. If you are successful with the telephone interview you will at that time be offered a job, and given the training information along with the training pay at $10.00 per hour and start date.

Interview
I went to a job fair, filled out an application, and then took a computerized quiz. Then there was an in person interview where I was on one side of a wall and the interviewers were on the other side. It was done this way to simulate how comfortable you are on a phone. There was also a simulated sales call.
