I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at arrivia (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2018
Interview
I participated in 6+ interviews. When I took a day off of my current job to do a day of interviews at ICE the panel interview participants were completely unprepared for the interviews. Many were late. Only 1 had prepared questions. When the company extended an offer, it was not for the role I was recruited for. Then they lied and tried to convince me I was wrong about the role I applied for. It was pretty obvious what role I applied for and was interviewed for - it was specified in every interview confirmation I received and everyone that interviewed me said the title to me. The leader I dealt with did not keep scheduled meetings, did not follow up when promised, texted me during the interview process (so bizarre!), and was unethical and unprofessional. The whole situation was crazy. There were tons of red flags during the process and I stupidly kept participating. My advice? Be very cautious about joining this organization - as you can tell from the reviews they’re pretty sketchy. There are tons of reputable companies in the valley - why work here?
