During initial phone screen, HR asked why I was looking for a new position. It was because the company I worked for was owned by an investment firm and they were in the process of selling their position. Nothing was mentioned about Arrivia's ownership status. I went through multiple rounds of interviews, and during what was my final one, the interviewer admitted the company was also owned by an investment firm and was at the beginning of their exit plan. I walked out. HR actually followed up and wanted to know my thoughts on next steps.
