The Interview questions were some general behavioral questions that you have answer using STAR method. There are also some specific questions that they will ask in relation to the job itself such as some technical programs you may have an experience on (e.g. company underwriting software). Some examples of behavioral questions asked: 1. Describe a time where you have to deal with a difficult team/team member and how did you manage to overcome it. 2. Describe a situation where you have gone above an beyond of your job responsibilities for a customer. Other important question asked at the end: Why would you be an ideal candidate for the position?
