I expected more behavioural and technical questions but I was quite disappointed. Questions were more focused on resource mobilization and fund generation instead of technical aspects of the job. It seems to me like this organization is more focused on people that will raise funds for their projects than those that align with the mission of the organization/hiring unit. The interview was not diverse in terms of geographical representation. This seems like a very Korean/Asian biased organization. I also didn't see many Africans on the staff list even though they have projects in many African countries. There seems to be biased towards hiring Asians as opposed to black or other minority groups.
Lots of questions about diversity
