It was an entry-level position, so most of the questions were pretty basic. Wiley doesn't have aggressive employees, so you're not going to be deliberately asked oddball questions.
Grammar and spelling test. Excel test. Hour long interview with two managers asked what I thought the job entailed and about how different roles worked together. Then lots of behavioural questions.
How would you deal with an author who was not producing the work they had agreed to do as per their contract?
