What is your biggest motivator?
Why do I want to do publishing, am I interested in history, asked about their book lists, competitors etc
They had 5 questions prepared for every candidate: Describe a situation where you had to persuade others. Describe a situation where you had to meet tight deadlines. Describe a situation where you had to solve a problem/present a solution. What do you know about Routledge? I don't remember the last one, but it was simple.
Basic questions. How do you handle time management? etc
