Assume you have a total budget of 25L. Your task is to get the customer to verify a bank account/upload statement in earlysalary flow (download app). This is what we would call a qualified lead (journey complete). 1. Given your experience with other brands & earlysalary, what would be your estimate of the number of leads you can capture with this budget? 2. How would you go about achieving this? i.e. a. What would be your budget allocation strategy through the funnel in terms of channels? b. What would be your target audience and messaging? 3. Beyond the overall qualified lead target, how would you measure your success?
There were no hard or unexpected questions, but I would definitely say be prepared to know about recent technological advances and make sure you know your CV and the position you are applying for well, as they will ask very particular and detailed questions on each of the bullet points.
