This is a Catholic university. While they did post an EEO statement within the job description position, watch out for some Catholic-specific questions, especially if you are not Catholic or Christian. The very first question they asked me was what appealed to me about teaching at a Dominican institution. This threw me off for the rest of the interview as I have literally never been asked something relating to religion like that in an interview, even from some other religion-associated institutions. It gave me pause as I became concerned they were fishing for answers to determine who was Catholic and who was not without directly asking. This might be the case, but it did not feel great as a non-Catholic applicant as I worried I was automatically disqualified for the rest of the interview, at least for that member of the committee.
