Usual questions of why this university, future plans, If I had applied for grants, teaching, research agenda, salary, and where the university stands among my other options. On the job vancacy description, it was clearly and directly emphasized that they are looking for someone with published papers in top journals (that I had several) but other committee members were asking questions about teaching, grants, service, etc. Who would like to work for a company that pays less than 1.2k euros and still has so much of discrepancies in their behavior and decision style.
