First interview was more generalized retail management questions, second interview with DM focused more on accountability, KPIs and customer experience.

No difficult questions. Just talked about and gave examples of recruiting, motivation, sales process. How do you overcome the " Just looking."? Why do you want to work for Fossil. Explain to me what the Fossil atmosphere is like? Where would you recuite employees from? what stores? Don't name big box stores.
None really other than same old boring question...."why do you want to work here?"
What interested you in our business? What KPI's were you measured against? What motivates you? How would you motivate your team?
