I am not sure there was a most difficult question asked, they all were very common items that I had dealt with in my career. Maybe the question about mobility, since I was not able to relocate right away since my partner was in law school. I thought for sure when I said I could not for 1-2 years that the door would shut but it did not.
What would i bring to the company?

How many employees do you currently manage and what is your favorite part of managing others?
It was a lot of the usual situational questions about how you have handled something in the past. Things like conflict resolution, leading a successful team, things you have been recognized for ect.
