I was asked remember a specific situation about addressing an employee with an uncomfortable situation.
They are multi-questioned interviews. The only one I recall is What experience can you share where you had to deal with a difficult customer? What was the experience? What was the problem? What tools did you use to resolve the problem? and How did you handle the situation?
Typical run of the mill; When have you had a situation that you had to deal with an upset customer ect.
Explain a time when you provided excellent customer service.
Name a situation in which you had a fellow employee that was not pulling their own in regards to workload. What do you do? What was the outcome? How did it effect the work environment?
What hours I could work.
Unexpected question during interview was "can you work any hours and days"? Clearly the manager did not retain or read availability provided.
