All questions were behaviorial, i.e., STAR method. Having not interviewed for many years, I was not even remotely prepared and did not do well responding to the questions. Wish I had discovered Glassdoor.com prior to that interview, it is by far the best resource to prepare you for interviews!
They ask why I did good fit for the company and somewhat difficult transfer my military skills to civilian and having them have a good understanding of where I came from.
