They asked if taking direction from a younger person would be a problem. Also asked my experience with buying. I was given a plant tour and was told that I asked good questions regarding the operation. The initial interview was very productive and I learned a great deal regarding the company.

They have five people interview you and each asks the same question. Interview took 3 hours and they never called to say if you got the position or disclose salary.
