Pretty standard questions from HR recruiter. Tell me about yourself, why are you interested in Sovos, why should we be interested in you. It's the horrific SAT-like assessment that's outrageous. Its hard and not even slightly relevant to the work you'll be doing.
Tell me a little bit more about your background?, what are the main issues in a software commercial transaction?, how do you feel about working in a very open environment?
Classic Interview, nothing really unexpected. Interview starting with "so, tell me about yourself". Reasonable to expect to talk with several people while on site. Overall, a really nice team and good interview experience.
The interviewer posed multiple questions. Her final question concerned my work experience during the past ten years.
