They asked me to critique some of their creative (advertisements). They asked me when I had to rise above and handle a difficult situation that was outside my expertise/career level. They asked me to describe a time that I had not achieved a desired outcome.

Only asked about 3PL providers, email and SMS marketing. Those were the only 3 questions.
