In the first round the recruiter asks for your motivation applying for that specific job at Google and hich soft skills I had that could be useful in my role. In the second round I had to prepare for a case where you show your abilities in sales, knowledge of Google Adwords and ho you interact with your client. The second part of the interview were competency based; I had questions that were sales related, teamwork related, leadership skills related. E.g. What skills does a good salesperson have in your opinion and which of these skills do you have?
