The 3rd interview with a design director. He introduces himself as a 1X years of design experience in this field. That's the first impression. Then I present my assignment. He keeps comment on every detail before I say "This is an example when you ask someone to do the design without providing any criteria. So it could be anything because we cannot judge it".
