Had a in-person interview with their Director, Web developer and Data analysist. They mainly asked more about your own experience with design in details, had me present my portfolio, asked which parts I contributed to, what kinds of software I used. Do I wrote HTML/CSS, do i had experience working with web developer, do I know agile enviroment? Mostly I felt their web developer was looking for UX designer who works well with him either personality or skills. He asked me one question that caught me off guard "What is your favorite font?" Other than that, everything's fine.
