One phone discussion and 2 video conference meetings. The recruiter was great, friendly and responsive. The hiring manager did not turn on his camera for either interview. It very much felt like they had a candidate they wanted to hire, but had to go through the motions before doing so. After, there was no response to requests for an update for 18 days after the last interview.
