Applied through my campus job board Two rounds: 1st round was a short phone interview. Simple fit questions with a recruiter 2nd round: invited to Watertown for a on-site interview. With a group of 5 other candidates. Given about an hour long presentation with current PIs about athenahealth and the PI position. Two hour-long one on ones, including a deep resume dive and a case. The case was pretty simple, just walking through the problem they give you and going into detail when asked for it. I prepared for the case by finding some cases they've used in the past and going through the problem step by step. Was given an offer about a week after the interview, accepted after another week
