I had a phone interview with a recruiter and was later invited for in-person interviews with 5 team members. Everyone was nice at first and I sent them thank you emails. However, I haven't heard from them ever since. I tried to contact the recruiter and the hiring manager and they completely ignored me! I was shocked! Its ok to not like a candidate and move forward in the hiring process with others, but be decent enough to at least reply back. I spent hours to prepare for the interviews and spent the whole day at athenahealth. the minimum they could do was thanking me for my time and say they do not want me. It is extremely not professional and very much disrespectful .
