The interview process was very straightforward. I started with a phone interview directly with the senior controller. She mainly asked basic questions about myself, previous experience and only a couple accounting questions. The interview was very conversational and lasted about 40 minutes. Since the interview was so conversational, I would advise having at least 3 questions prepared to ask.

It had aptitude, Programming and HR round. Aptitude had 10 questions. Basic aptitude only. In programming round candidate will be asked to solve it in computer. HR will analyze your communication skill and analyze whether have a good atittude.
