I don't believe there's a difficult question. Most questions are geared towards understanding your interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
On technical side the most difficult was asked regarding to IFRS- 3 Business combination ie reverse acquisition .
Describe a situation where you knew you could not meet the deadline? Describe a situation where you had a few deadlines, how would you prioritise one over the other? A situation where you did not agree with the manager's decision?
