I was reached out through LinkedIn regarding this position. The process was quick and not long after that they do phone screening and invite me for an on-site interview. Not long after I get back from the interview, the Hiring Manager called me saying that they are really interested in me and would be able to give a final decision by the next day. The next day I contacted the Hiring Manager, hoping to hear back some kind of decision, however they said that they need more time. This goes on until the next week or two. More promises and more dissapointment. I started emailing the Hiring Manager for follow up news and he/she doesn't bother to even respond anymore after a week. What's dissapointing for me is that they don't let me know the end result. Good news or bad news is better than no news at all. I tried sending emails every once in a while to the Hiring Manager, but no news at all. I think that this is very disrespectful of my time considering I have also put effort to do a phone screening and an on-site interview.
