I was scheduled for an interview and received at email at the exact time that we agreed to do a phone interview asking to postpone the call for a half hour. To be flexible I agreed to do a call a half hour later despite it being inconvenient, and the result was that I never received a phone call for an interview from the generalist. This organization showed no respect for my time so I will not be applying to any more of their positions in the future as this was very unprofessional behavior on their part.
