Very thorough and organized. I was contacted by HR about two weeks after I applied. After a brief phone call with HR, I had a phone interview with a team member, followed by two in-person interviews at the New York office. I had a couple of days to complete a take-home test between the second phone interview and the first in-person interview. It definitely was as much about personality fit as it was about my previous work experience. It's apparent that office culture is incredibly important to this company. I received responses to just about every thank-you follow-up I sent, and HR kept me up-to-date on the next steps throughout the process. I also really liked how HR met me when I showed up early to both in-person interviews, taking the time to make small talk so that I wouldn't be left sitting alone. I thought that was a very classy touch.
