Interview
The interview process is extensive and lengthy. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks total. Had my first call with HR mid-May and was told I made it to the next round (interview w hiring manager). Hr stopped replying to me so I reached out myself to the hiring manager and magically the second interview happened. I then made it to the third round which was with a senior DRM and went well. I was told I made it to the next round (a 30 minute presentation to the ceo and someone else).
I haven’t heard back since and it’s been nearly a month.
Every step of the interview process felt very rushed, “we need to make this decision ASAP” so I would rush to do the interviews sooner rather than collect my thoughts. But I still see the job posted locally and haven’t heard anything.
I just feel like companies that make you jump through all these hoops/multiple interviews should at least have the decency to tell you if you’re passed for the position.

Interview
From my first contact with the recruiter until my hiring date, the entire process took around 3.5 weeks. I found this timeline to be extremely reasonable and efficient. I have read some negative reviews regarding the hiring process and I will say this, the company is all about looking for the right fit. The candidate must be the right for Mastermind and vice versa. From the recruiter all the way up the org chart to my final interview, I found every person I dealt with to be professional, courteous, and most importantly, conscientious of who and what they were looking for. They asked tough questions because it is a tough job and they are looking for very specific people. Some may consider that an issue, I consider it a strength!
