The interview process was great. They talk to you like a human being and are more interested in the way you think and your overall attitude. There were a few technical questions in the context of my previous experience, but I wasn't grilled on any minutia. The questions were very thoughtful and they also made me analyze my own career progression and my own experiences in a new light I hadn't thought of before going through the interview.
