After a friendly 'Hello' , they are asking very respectfully about your previous job experiences and your education. Throughout the whole process they seem interested and calm, making the experience a pleasant one and reducing the stress and nervousness. Afterwards, the interview goes more into detail and what the job is about. They always included what the applicant imagined the job to be and explained how these expectations are met with the reality. The whole interview took about 45 min. and all questions were answered.
