They ask about former experience and also run through a scenario or two about what you would do in certain hypothetical situations with a client. The company also wants to know more about your schedule (best if you can be available Mon-Fri to work at least from 3-7pm or other hours of the day sometime between 8am-8pm; also may help if available weekends but not mandatory).
